APPOINTMENTS

Patients are seen by appointment only unless there is an emergency situation. We try our best to stick to these appointment times, however, problems do arise and some delays are unavoidable. We will do our best to keep you informed and appreciate your patience in these situations.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of service. If you carry pet insurance, you are still required to pay at the time of the service and the insurance company will reimburse you where applicable. For your convenience, we offer the following payment options:

• Visa/Mastercard/Discover or American Express
• Check (with social security number and valid driver’s license provided)
• ITX or IMS (members only)
• Care Credit payment plan upon credit approval

REFERRALS

Our doctors and staff are all advocates for your animal’s health and we will do our best to ensure that your pet is treated with the best care. With this in mind, if there is a time when your animal needs specialty care, we refer to MedVet. MedVet is made up of board certified specialists who can provide your animal with intensive care for serious conditions. The doctors at MedVet work hand-in-hand with our doctors to ensure your animal’s well being.
