In order to provide you and your pet with the highest quality medicine, we maintain a staff of highly qualified veterinary professionals.

Our veterinarians offer a variety of expert knowledge and special interests to provide you with the best general care. Dr. James Lehnerd is the owner of our practice and has been in practice since 1971. Dr. Susan Reed has been with our practice since 1990 and has worked for several years at various emergency facilities. Dr. Christina Little is the newest member of our Veterinary staff. She joined our practice in 2005 after completing a year-long internship at Oradell Animal Hospital in New Jersey.

We hire licensed Veterinary Technicians to assist the doctors and highly qualified Veterinary Assistants and Receptionists to help them and our customers. We believe that our employees should be highly educated, therefore all of our staff members have received either an Associate’s or a Bachelor’s degree. Many of our employees have been with our practice for several years and have become very familiar with our patients and their owners.
